Mr Johnson was the artist for all the California (fishing) license stamps issued from 1958 through 1971, and the trout and salmon stamps issued from 1972 through 1983. However, he prepared limited edition prints for only five of the more than 25 pictorial stamps issued. Artist-signed stamps are available for the 1962, 1965, 1970 and 1972 fish stamp prints.
