Blood's Dispatch 15LU? unlisted color

Offered is a Bloods Dispatch stamp cut square in an unusual deep green color on buff paper. The design matches the standard circular type used on 15LU115LU3 envelopes but this color is not listed in Scott. Possibly a privately produced item or later reprint.
