PR19 Pine Ridge 1988-92 Free Senior Non-Member

Issued by the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation between 1988 and 1992, this rouletted stamp entitled non-member senior hunters to a free license. Printed in black and red on white paper, with rouletting 9.5 at top and 6.75 at bottom. These stamps were part of the first rouletted issues from Pine Ridge and were never dated on their face.
