Continuing My Father's Legacy as a Trusted Duck Stamp Dealer
About Me

Welcome! I'm Suzy Repanich, carrying on the mission of TR Duck Stamps, Etc. after the passing of my father, Tom Richardson, in December 2022.
My father dedicated over 45 years to collecting buying, and selling duck stamps and wildlife collectibles, building a respected and trusted business.

The Richardson Stamp Collecting Obsession
The Richardson stamp collecting obsession goes way back! My dad Tom Richardson was a retired biologist who worked over 35 years for the U.S. Fish and Wildife Service and the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.
After retiring in 1992, he turned his passion for U.S. Stamps and covers into a full-time business specializing in duck, fish, and wildlife conservation stamps and related collectibles.

I took this photo of my dad, Tom Richardson, with George Miskey in 2016. George, who was originally from Hungary, built a large collection of Indian Reservation hunting stamps and licenses, which he acquired directly from the tribes in the 1990s.
For many years, my dad sold George’s collection on consignment. After George passed away in 2018, my dad purchased the collection from George’s son, Mike Miskey, artist of many tribal stamp issues. It's an honor to continue offering these stamps today.

Carrying On the Tradition
I'm delighted to continue my father's business, maintaining his 100% positive feedback rating on eBay. My background as an office manager has prepared me well for organizing and cataloging the vast inventory he left behind. I am delighted to have inherited his massive collection and am spending 4-5 hours a day sorting, organizing, selling and learning. In addition to duck stamps and prints, I'm working with used and mint US stamps, old covers, first day covers, space & aviation covers, first flight covers and more.
Though I doubt I'll ever have the deep knowledge that dad possessed, I'm learning fast and enjoying all aspects of the business. I'm retired and spent most of my career as an office manager in engineering firms. My husband Nick and I have two daughters and three grandkids. I enjoy nature, birds, the mountains, camping, crocheting, wildflowers and trout fishing.
