Offered is a premium Mint example of the 1962-63 Federal Duck Stamp (RW29), featuring a bold depiction of Northern Pintails in flight. This stamp is exceptionally well centered with broad, even margins and full intact perforations. The colors are rich and well preserved, showing no signs of fading or discoloration. Original gum, never hinged.

This issue was illustrated by Edward A. Morris, known for his elegant waterfowl renderings in mid-century duck stamp design. Based on its condition, this stamp has been submitted for expert certification and is considered a strong candidate for a GEM 100 grade. SKU: 4994-RW29-32180-4
