SA12 San Carlos 2003 Habitat Stamp (2002 Overprinted)

This unusual San Carlos tribal issue (Catalog No. SA12) was originally printed for 2002 but repurposed for 2003. The printed date was manually crossed out and replaced with a handwritten "2003 JR." It was valid for hunting and fishing privileges on San Carlos Apache lands and is one of the more distinctive varieties in the series.
