Block of four Boyds City Express Post local stamps, Scott Catalog No. 20L13. Printed in a vibrant orange shade on unwatermarked paper, this example appears to be a later reprint. The design features the classic eagle vignette with the POST 2 CENTS inscription. Reverse shows no gum and faint impressions, typical of reprints. A well-centered and attractive example of a historic New York private local post issue.
