Historic cover carried on the Graf Zeppelin's 1928 South America-North America flight, postmarked Recife, Brazil, May 30. Franked with the 5,000 reis Brazil Zeppelin overprint (Scott C5) and tied by the purple Condor Syndikat cachet. Bold green Condor etiquette label affixed. Addressed to New Jersey with Lakehurst transit and Fanwood receiving mark on reverse. Opened on arrival, with light handling and minor wear.
