Mint Never Hinged example of the 1946-47 Federal Duck Stamp featuring a vivid Redhead duck scene by artist Robert Hines. Issued as RW13, this stamp is graded Fine to Very Fine with full original gum and no hinge marks. Hines, a former staff artist for the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, became known for his detailed wildlife renderings and later illustrated field guides and conservation materials.
