RW21 1954-55 Ring-Necked Ducks, Mint Avg-F VLH Duck Stamp

This 1954-55 Federal Duck Stamp features a bold black-and-white design of Ring-Necked Ducks illustrated by H. D. Sandstrom. The stamp is in mint, very lightly hinged condition, with centering that falls between average and fine. The gum is disturbed on the reverse, which has been priced accordingly. An attractive classic from the mid-century era.
