Mint Never Hinged block of six 1954-55 Federal Duck Stamps (RW21), featuring a top margin with plate number 164745. The issue depicts a pair of Ring-Necked Ducks in flight, rendered in elegant monochrome by artist H. D. Sandstrom. All six stamps are fresh and well-centered, with the lower center stamp standing out for exceptional balance-possibly qualifying as Gem. Clean original gum and post office-fresh selvage. A strong candidate for breaking if certification of the XF-Superb single is pursued.
