1971-72 $3 Federal Duck Stamp plate block of four (Scott RW38), featuring Cinnamon Teal in flight, illustrated by Maynard Reece. All four stamps are. Mint Never Hinged, with full original gum and clean selvage showing Plate No. 171587 at lower right. Well-balanced margins and bright colors throughout. A nicely preserved example from the later Reece era.
