Offered is a 1942-43 Federal Duck Stamp plate block of six (RW9), featuring Baldpates in flight and on water. Mint Never Hinged with full original gum. Plate number 149600 appears in the upper selvage. Centering is Fine to Very Fine across the block. Designed by renowned wildlife artist A. Lassell Ripley. A strong, collectible example of this early WWII-era issue.
