RW9 1942-43 Baldpates Mint VF-XF Disturbed Gum Duck Stamp

Issued for the 1942-43 season, this Mint example of RW9 features the Baldpate (American Wigeon) in flight and on water, from artwork by A. Lassell Ripley. The stamp is well centered, grading VF-XF, with full original gum that has been lightly disturbed. A beautiful example of Ripley's naturalistic style and fine engraving.
