Certified genuine Scott 11X2 10c St. Louis Bears Postmaster's Provisional. Printed on greenish paper with a red circular date stamp (cds) cancel. Margins are full on three sides, slightly cut in at the top right. Bold impression with clearly defined bears. Accompanied by a current certificate stating: "It is genuine used, with a red cds cancel and small thins." A 1973 certificate is also included.
