Appreciation Souvenir Cards

Certificates of Appreciation, often called Souvenir Cards, were issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to recognize the purchase of Federal Duck Stamps. Funds from these stamps supported wetland acquisition and wildlife conservation.
