RB102 Rosebud Sioux 1996-99 Small Game Resident

Issued by the Rosebud Sioux Indian Reservation for the 1996 through 1999 hunting seasons, this official Small Game stamp (Catalog No. RB102) was required for resident hunters pursuing eligible species. It features two flying game birds - a pheasant and what may be a quail or grouse - depicted in black on white paper. Backing paper is intact but shows a small tear at the lower right edge, visible in the image.
