RB96 Rosebud Sioux 1996-99 Muzzleloader Tribal Member

Issued by the Rosebud Sioux Indian Reservation for the 1996 through 1999 hunting seasons. This Muzzleloader stamp was required for tribal members using muzzleloader rifles. Printed in black on white paper, it features a large illustrated powder horn at left. The denomination line is blank, as issued. Backing paper is torn along the right edge, as shown.
