SA4-AS San Carlos 1999 Habitat Stamp, Artist-Signed

This 1999 San Carlos Apache Tribe Habitat Conservation Stamp bears the artist's signature, likely that of Matt Hopkins Jr., who contributed artwork to this early issue. Only 20 signed, this is one of very few known signed examples from this series.
