Flathead

Flathead Indian Reservation hunting and fishing stamps were first issued in 1987 by the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes of western Montana. These self-adhesive stamps, used to regulate bird and fishing privileges, were printed in a variety of formats and reflect the region’s strong traditions of wildlife conservation, outdoor recreation, and Tribal licensing practices.
